Thanks for checking on me, have been averaging about 1/2 kilo a week loss a week. I have been getting your updates and have checked out your 2 You Tube videos. I don’t have any sugar cravings anymore. Have had a couple of days where I didn’t always make the right decisions, but I just chalked it up to experience and got back to my diet the next day. That is actually an improvement on what I’ve always done, so I’m happy that it seems to be a change for me. People are starting to notice my weight loss and that’s giving me a bit of a boost to my self esteem too. Your weight loss program really works.
